Abundance> Scarcity

I’ve been reminded again recently of the importance of practicing the mindfulness of abundance.  By placing belief in that there is always enough (for everyone, in fact), there will always be more, and that we will be taken care of, we open ourselves to the possibility of receiving exactly what we need to succeed.

The opposite is also true. If we focus on the bad things that happen, how little we have, how much more work we need to do to achieve a goal, we tend to stay stuck where we are.  Dwelling in the universe of “not enough” keeps us in the place of never having what we need to be happy in the present.
